Colm Daly (CSN Greenkeeping graduate) was recently appointed as Head Groundsman at Pairc Ui Chaoimh. Colm was previously the deputy groundsman at Croke Park for the past several years.

Students from our Greenkeeping and Sports Turf Management course had a great experience at Páirc Ui Chaoimh working with Head Groundsman Colm Daly and his team during Munster's historic win over South Africa.

Students from our Greenkeeping and Sports Turf Management course had a great experience at Páirc Ui Chaoimh Thursday night working with Head Groundsman Colm Daly and his team during Munster's historic win over South Africa.

 

Students from the Leisure, Recreation and Personal Training course welcomed pupils from Our Lady of Good Counsel Special School Ballincollig for a hugely successful basketball and physical activity coaching session.  This was the start of a six-week programme as part of a new Adapted Physical Activity module. Our students showed excellent coaching and Instructional skills in making this a very inclusive and enjoyable session.

Digital Media students visited Chapter, Horgan's Quay. What an outstanding Creative Agency - the students learnded loads about project workflows, collaboration, motion graphics, and gained valuable industry insights.

Tramore Road Campus students Amanda Lebrun and Roisin Taormina from our Horticulture course participated in a CETB Erasmus+ project in Germany. This project on Sustainability in VET across Europe offered our students a great opportunity to learn and share information on sustainability with our European colleagues.
