The Jigsaw CLANG initiative... this week's theme is Be Active

This is week 3 of the Jigsaw CLANG initiative and this week's theme is Be Active. Physical Activity is hugely beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety, especially during exam time.
Why not get out for a walk or run in our woodland path around the college, kick a ball on our football pitches or work out at home with these exercise videos devised by the HSE.
